Information we collect
Account information such as your email address, login identifier, and account settings. Service usage information such as API keys created in your account, model usage, request logs needed for billing and troubleshooting, quota balances, and package history. Payment and billing information handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers. Support information you send to us by email, Telegram, or other support channels.
How we use information
To provide API access, route requests, maintain account balances, process top-ups and subscriptions, and prevent abuse. To troubleshoot service issues, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and protect users and upstream providers. To comply with payment, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, and security obligations.
Sharing and processors
We share information only as needed with infrastructure providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, analytics or monitoring services, and upstream API providers involved in delivering the service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect API-Route, our users, payment partners, or upstream providers from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Data retention and security
We keep account, billing, support, and usage records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
